Basic Policy on Shareholder Returns
DNP considers returning profits to its shareholders one of its most important business practices.
Providing stable dividends to all of our shareholders, which are implemented based on business results and dividend payout ratio, is a basic principle of DNP’s profit allocation. To prepare for future business development, DNP is boosting its financial strength through internal reserves and strengthening its business foundations.
Our internal reserves will be allocated to investing in the research and development of new products and technologies, capital investment for new business development and strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. We will also consider the implementation of flexible capital policies while monitoring capital demand and market trends.
These measures will contribute to the advancement of profits moving forward, and redistribution of profits to our shareholders.
