DNP Group Product Safety Policy

The DNP Group shall engage in the following product safety efforts under the basic policy noted above:

• Ensuring product safety is a priority issue.
• Thorough product safety evaluations are conducted prior to new product sales.
• We shall work to gather data from consumers and customers concerning safety.
• In the event of a product accident occurrence, we shall seek to prevent recurrence by taking prompt and appropriate actions including gathering data, issuing notices both within and outside the company, product recalls, etc.
