Handling of Business Contact Information

Dai Nippon Printing and DNP Group companies (hereinafter referred to as DNP Group) deal with personal information (business contacts*) obtained from business contacts as follows.

Business contacts are used for the purpose of providing the products and services of DNP Group and related information.

Business contact information* given on business cards (name, company name, affiliation, position, company address, telephone number for business use) directly acquired from the person to whom the card belongs at business venues, exhibitions, seminars, etc.

• *"Business contact information" means an individual’s name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business electronic mail address or business fax number and any other similar information about the individual, unless the personal data was provided by the individual solely for use in a personal context.
