Aseptic filling systems for PET bottles

In 1994, DNP applied its proprietary aseptic filling technology to PET bottles and launched Japan's first "PET Bottle Aseptic Filling System using Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilization". Since then, DNP has solved numerous problems unique to the beverage industry and has been highly commended by customers. To date we have delivered over 180 filling systems in Japan and overseas, boasting the top share of more than 60% of the domestic market for PET bottle filling systems (according to our own research).
DNP also provides customers with a wide variety of preforms, covering all varieties of bottle types.

Bag-in-Box Filling Systems

We offer Bag-in-Box (BiB) filling systems suitable for a number of different contents and applications by combining our aseptic and packaging technologies. We also provide turnkey services from liquid processing equipment to post-process packaging lines to meet customer needs.

Pouch Filling Systems

We supply individual pouches, spouts and caps, alongside complete manufacturing systems to handle everything from container production to filling and packaging on a single production line. Since their launch in 1995, spouted pouches have been used for many applications, including beverages, foods and toiletries. With our extensive experience in commercialization, we can provide total support from designing packaging material specifications that match product content, to proposing manufacturing equipment.
Other aseptic filling systems
We also have a range of additional aseptic filling systems covering a variety of applications, including our Vertical Aseptic Bag Filling System and the Aseptic Portion Pack Filling System. These were developed to suit individual container types based on aseptic filling machinery expertise handed down across generations.
Vertical Aseptic Bag Filling Systems (DynAsept)
Developed as an alternative to chilled distribution, this system enables higher quality contents, alongside rationalization and efficiency in manufacturing and transportation. A wide range of filling capacity settings makes this system compatible for both consumer and commercial use.

Aseptic Portion Pack Filling Systems (DN-AT)
After DNP embarked on the development of aseptic filling systems, the aseptic portion pack filling system (DN-AT) was launched in 1976 as the first Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) aseptic filling machine made in Japan. The DN-AT has a long and respected history of reliable aseptic performance with the world’s highest production capacity (126,000 units/hr when filling 5 ml packs).
