Kebijakan Perlindungan Informasi Pribadi

Perusahaan kami dipercaya untuk menyimpan informasi pribadi dari berbagai perusahaan dan asosiasi untuk membantu mereka menyediakan layanan dan produk bagi pelanggan. Selain itu, kami juga telah mengembangkan layanan dan produk kami sendiri melalui penggunaan informasi pribadi secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, kami menyadari dengan jelas pentingnya melindungi informasi pribadi. Kami percaya bahwa kami wajib melindungi informasi tersebut secara bertanggung jawab.
Kami menangani informasi pribadi sesuai dengan kebijakan perlindungan informasi pribadi berikut ini.

  • 1.Kami akan mematuhi semua undang-undang terkait penanganan informasi pribadi, panduan yang ditentukan pemerintah, dan peraturan lain guna memastikan perlindungan informasi pribadi.
  • 2.Kami akan menerapkan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk memastikan manajemen informasi pribadi secara aman termasuk mencegah kebocoran, kehilangan, dan kerusakan pada informasi pribadi. Jika terjadi masalah, kami akan segera mengambil tindakan perbaikan.
  • 3.Kami akan menjelaskan secara spesifik tujuan penggunaan informasi pribadi, dan akan memperoleh, menggunakan, dan menyediakan informasi pribadi tersebut secara wajar dan bertanggung jawab. Kami akan menerapkan tindakan guna mencegah penanganan informasi pribadi di luar lingkup yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan penggunaan yang ditentukan.
  • 4.Kami akan menangani informasi pribadi yang dimiliki perusahaan secara bertanggung jawab jika pengungkapan diminta oleh pemilik.
  • 5.Kami akan menangani informasi pribadi dalam lingkup bisnis yang dipercayakan ketika menjalankan operasional bisnis yang mencakup penanganan informasi pribadi dari perusahaan klien.
  • 6.Kami akan menerapkan dan memelihara sistem peraturan internal untuk perlindungan informasi pribadi, dan akan melakukan upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan sistem.
  • 7.Kami akan merespons secara bertanggung jawab terhadap keluhan atau konsultasi oleh pemilik informasi pribadi terkait penanganan informasi pribadi dan sistem kami untuk perlindungan informasi pribadi.

Our company is entrusted with private information from various companies and associations in order to help them provide services and products to their customers. In addition, we also have been developing our own services and products through the effective utilization of private information. Therefore, we clearly recognize the importance of protecting private information. We believe that it is our duty to properly protect such information.

  • 1.We shall comply with all laws related to the handling of private information, guidelines determined by the government, and other regulations in order to ensure the protection of private information.
  • 2.We shall implement necessary measures to ensure the safe management of private information including preventing leakage, loss, and damage to private information. If a problem occurs, we shall implement correction measures promptly.
  • 3.We shall clearly specify the usage purpose for private information, and shall acquire, use, and provide such private information fairly and properly. We shall implement measures to prevent the handling of private information outside the necessary scope for achieving the specified usage purpose.
  • 4.We shall handle private information owned by our company properly if disclosure is requested by the owner.
  • 5.We shall handle private information within the entrusted business scope when entrusted with business operations that include the handling of private information from a client company.
  • 6.We shall establish and maintain a system of internal regulations for the protection of private information, and shall make continuous effort to improve the system.
  • 7.We shall respond properly to complaints or consultations by the owner of the private information regarding our handling of private information and our system for the protection of private information.
