Features

UCPF is a clean packaging material that can be used in Class 100 clean rooms. We customize UCPF to meet customers' requirements, such as changing the size and materials used, as well as adding barrier properties. The bag shape is engineered to be opened without the use of tools for both the outer and inner bags.
The bag is highly durable, making it suitable for parts with hard, sharp-edged protrusions.

We can provide custom solutions to meet your needs, such as changing the size or materials used, or adding barrier properties. The bag has a unique shape, and the inner and outer bags are tightly sealed together, so even though it is a double-layered packaging material, it does not become stiff, and the product can be smoothly inserted, and double packaging is completed in a single operation. In addition, although both the outer and inner bags can be opened without using any tools, the bag itself has high strength, so it can also be used for parts with hard, sharp protrusions.


In addition, because of how the inner and outer bags are integrated, double packaging is simplified.
Our products can reduce packaging time by approximately half, so the energy consumption of the equipment used during packaging can also be halved.

Application

Semiconductor manufacturing equipment is manufactured in clean rooms with a high level of cleanliness. In particular, parts used near vacuum chambers (gaskets, valves, fittings, filters, screws, metal targets, etc.) and sensors (mass flow controllers, vacuum switches, etc.) require a higher degree of cleanliness and therefore require double packaging.

Elution test data using organic solvents

This is the elution test data for UCPF that was measured in-house at DNP.After filling a small bag of a predetermined size with an organic solvent and sealing it, it is stored at a high temperature for 7 days, and the components that have dissolved in the organic solvent are measured using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Since the inner and outer bags are tightly sealed together, products can be smoothly loaded into the bag despite being a double-layered packaging material.
The product can be used in the same way as with ordinary single layer packaging materials.

Generally, double packaging requires individually degassing and heat sealing the inner and outer bags, but UCPF has a one-piece construction, so this can be done in a single step.
This leads to a significant increase in packaging productivity.

Before removing the product, the outer bag film is removed in the front room of the clean room.
Particles adhering to the outer bag film are therefore not brought into the clean room.

The inner bag is notched for easy opening. Both the outer and inner bags allow smooth removal of contents without the need for scissors, cutters, or other tools.
